Any suspected data breach is notifiable to you and to the ICO.
You have the right to make an appointment to read your history card. You can have us correct any errors or delete the information we have about you. There is no fee to access your personal data or exercise any of your rights in this regard. When no longer required, personal information is destroyed in a secure manner.
We may also use de-identified to help plan, develop and enhance our services, and for the purposes of research, teacher training, and statistical analysis. This anonymised information can be held indefinitely.
